### 1.Compiling
1. place the img folder in IODeviceLibGUI
2. rewrite tools/compile_qrc.bat with your RCC_PATH

	> SET RCC_PATH=D:\Qt\Qt5.5.1\5.5\msvc2013\bin\

3. execute tools/compile_qrc.bat
4. use Visual Studio 2013 to open the solution
5. compile with Visual Studio 2013
