This repository contains relevant files for the ddm stim coding posts.

The posts are divided into two parts:

- `stim_coding_1_concept_and_principle.md`, which is the first part and introduces the concept and principles of stim coding.
- `stim_coding_2_HDDM_practice.md`, which is the second part and demonstrates how to analyze stim coding using HDDM, including some example code and data to help readers better understand the concept and application of stim coding.

The `jupyter_notebooks` folder contains the jupyter notebook files used to generate the above two posts.
The `figs` folder contains the images used in the above two posts.
