是一个用QUARTZ开发的任务调度项目。以配置HTTP API的方式，实现系统间的持久化任务调度。 优点： 单独部署与业务系统完全分离。无依赖。 缺点：所有需要定时执行任务必须以API形式提供出来。

本项目是初版，很多细节还没有完善。用于实现任务定时调度，只需将业务系统需要定时执行的api链接配置在本项目中，即可以实现定时调度。
