realtime域todpps slave 时间同步代码：

功能：
realtime域todpps slave 时间同步主要功能实现从switch域/adas域同步时间，功能包括以下三部分：
1、通过msgbox接收来自switch/adas发送的pps脉冲使能时的utc时间戳。
2、获取pps脉冲到达realtime域的脉冲快照时间戳
3、计算utc和pps时间偏差，调整ptp时钟偏移和频率
