这是一个方便人员管理各项指标的指标管理系统

前端采用目前主流 vue+element-plus 的渐进式框架，前端服务器运行环境是 nodejs
同时用 webpack 进行打包
后端是 springboot+mybatis+MySQL
用 maven 进行依赖管理
用 git 进行版本控制
