#### 介绍
在MobileSAM-in-the-Browser项目基础上增加rle编码的功能

#### 安装教程

安装方式与 MobileSAM-in-the-Browser一致，只是增加了使用模型调用结果生成rle编码的能力

#### 验证
在成功生成rle数组后复制到rle.py的rle.counts中,运行py脚本可验证结果是否正确
