+# SIG-Intelligence 成员管理
+
+## 新增 Maintainer
+
+### 条件
+
+1. **持续贡献**：个人或其团队需在过去三个月内对社区做出持续贡献。
+2. **构建标准和工具**：围绕一个或多个 AI 关键特性构建适配标准、工具、流程或方法。
+3. **突出贡献**：对 openEuler 的 AI 领域有显著贡献，例如维护自研仓库或贡献 Agent。
+4. **现任 maintainer 提名**：需要获得现任 maintainer 的提名，并且提名需要附带合理的理由。
+5. **积极参与会议**：持续参加 sig-intelligence 的例会，或者至少连续三次申报议题，在最近六个月内参会率达到 70% 以上。
+
+**上述5条须满足至少4条**
+
+如果您想正式申请，请整理出具体的贡献案例、文档记录以及参与活动的情况，准备好这些材料后可以在 [https://gitee.com/openeuler/euler-copilot-framework](https://gitee.com/openeuler/euler-copilot-framework) 新建 issue 提出申请。同时，确保与现任 maintainer 沟通并获得他们的支持和提名。

+2. **会议参与**：需要持续参加 sig-intelligence 例会，并且在过去6个月内的与会率至少为30%。
+3. **技术能力**：需要有较强的 AI 领域开发和测试经验，这部分可以通过提交的工作成果和个人陈述来证明。
+4. **现任 maintainer 或 committer 提名**：需要获得现任 maintainer 或 committer 的提名，并且提名中需要包含具体的推荐理由。
+
+**上述4条须满足至少3条**
+
