+2024年1月14日20点，CPLOC秘书处举行线上会议，实到人数11人：魏永明、杨海龙、陈朝臣、朱子润、刘小东、柴树杉、丁尔男、李皓琨、李登淳、赵普明、徐鹏飞。会议内容如下：
+
+1. 与会人员介绍自己所在地及时间安排，初步定于2024年4月在杭州举行首次 CPLOC 线下聚会活动；
+2. 讨论关于改进理事会入会规则的3号提案（关键提案），柴树杉对提案背景和目的进行了讲解，与会理事对提案主旨均表示赞同。在关于具体细则的讨论中，李登淳建议增设类观察席对入会申请进行缓冲及考察，该建议获得广泛赞同；秘书处协助章程文本修订稿起草后，将由柴树杉和李登淳发起共同提案交由理事会投票表决。
