在项目同级目录新建`react-native-harmony`文件，将下载的rnoh-0.72.15.tar.gz方入文件夹

修改依赖项"react-native-harmony": "file:../react-native-harmony/rnoh-react-native-harmony-0.72.13.tgz",

改为"react-native-harmony": "file:../react-native-harmony/rnoh-0.72.15.tar.gz",

主要包含react-native-harmony 、react-native-harmony-cli 两个目录
