# pctGCdata
R datasets of GC percentages for human and mouse genomes

Provides the data needed to GC normalize tumor-normal log-ratio. 
Package facets (https://github.com/veseshan/facets) depends on it.

v0.3.0 added udef option for gbuild to allow for user defined GC percentage data (useful for other genomes).
