### Installing Scoop

Make sure you have allowed PowerShell to execute local scripts

```powershell
set-executionpolicy remotesigned -scope currentuser
```

Installing Scoop to Custom Directory

```powershell

[environment]::setEnvironmentVariable('SCOOP',$env:SCOOP,'User')
