1. npm run 的命令脚本，可以查阅 package.json的scripts参数
start   :表示只进行webpack打包
server  :development开发环境下webpack打包的同时并启动服务
        浏览器打开http://localhost:8080
build   :production生产环境下webpack打包同时并启动服务
$ npm run start
