#### 安装教程

1. 申请bot，参照官方
2. 测试bot是否正常：https://api.telegram.org/bot{$token}/getUpdates
3. 设置webHook：https://api.telegram.org/bot{$token}/setWebhook?url=https://www.xx.com/bot.php
4. 如果原来设置过，请先删除hook https://api.telegram.org/bot{$token}/deleteWebhook
5. 点击前请先打开VPN,确保域名为Https开头（有SLL证书）
