Android视频监控小程序，手机端将视频和音频通过jni编码后通过小型服务器NanoHTTPD发送，用户可以通过浏览器时时观察手机端摄像头视频，前提是电脑与手机保持在同一网络内，支持3个用户同时访问
为手机网游客户端（cocos2d-x）准备的socket通信底层，分帧逻辑采用lengthfield，解决粘包问题，已实现所有基本类型：char,short,int,long,float 的编码和解码（使用网络序），字符串传输使用utf-8格式。 已实现thread，threadpool，同步互斥锁等内容。 项目还包括一个synflood的简单实现。
